Very helpful and flexible company when I blew a tire. I used our insurance roadside assistance and was assigned one of the only towing/tire companies that would drive the 70 miles to help me. I later discovered the dispatcher on the insurance end told Balmorhea that I needed gas. Thankfully Balmorhea came prepared for all issues and with a little creative use of various jacks, was able to get me back on the road later that night. So grateful that they are willing to drive such a far distance to get stranded motorists to safety.

Not only did he tow my car an hour and a half, he then drove me to a car rental place and calmed my nerves the whole drive.
